The Wings program offers a variety of vocational opportunities based on the participants' interests and needs.

Participants work in a rural setting and get to experience being outdoors and get physical exercise during the course of their day.

Participants have the opportunity to enjoy therapeutic equestrian activities such as horse grooming, and carriage driving taught by professionally certified instructors.

Individuals are paid at minimum wage for the time spent in vocational habilitation activities, which averages two hours per day.

The Wings program offers the opportunity to work with Pegasus Farm Staff and volunteers.

Participants working in the Country Store and Gardens get an opportunity to work with the public as they shop at the store.
