A unique way to support Pegasus Farm!

Party @ Home for the Farm
This year's Gala - Bridles & Brews - is going to look a little different, but it's sure to be a fun night! You can support Pegasus Farm by hosting a party in the private setting of your home on October 17th. You decide the guests, the theme, the time, and we will take care of the food and drinks. Invite friends, family, neighbors for an enjoyable night benefiting the programs and services of Pegasus Farm. More details and all the options are in the Host a Party link. 

The online auction, raffles, and Horse Sponsorship will still be part of the evening. Please encourage your guests to make their bids! We will also provide a link to an online video produced just for this evening's event. We can't wait for you to see it. 

You do not need to be at a party to participate in the online auction bidding or to purchase rafflet tickets. You just need to register on the BidPal site and there is no cost to do that.

How to bid for the online auction

The silent auction and raffles are once again being hosted by BidPal/OneCause. 

You DO NOT have to be attending a party to bid. Anyone can bid on the auction items or purchase raffle tickets. You simply need to register on the BidPal site and there is not cost to do so. https://one.bidpal.net/bridlesandbrewsgala/welcome

All bidding and raffle ticket purchases will be done through your smartphone. You can bid from anywhere, anytime before the close of the silent auction from your smartphone. You
will even receive text updates if someone outbids you.

Silent Auction Rules and Guidelines

1. Bidding on the silent auction opens a week prior to the event. Bidding on silent auction items will close promptly 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2020. A five-minute warning will be given via text. No bid will be accepted after 8:59 p.m.

2. Minimum bid and raise amounts are already programmed into BidPal.

3. How to bid on your Smartphone:

Press the link provided in your registration text . It will take you to a personal bidding page. Scroll through the items and select the item you would like to bid on and place the bid.

4. Once a bid is entered, it may not be removed or changed. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on the items.

5. If you did not register your credit card, you may enter it into BidPal now or at time of checkout.
