Who is served by the Wings Program?

Adults with developmental disabilities can participate in The Wings Program who have been deemed eligible for funding through Ohio's Waiver Program governed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Services are planned in collaboration with the County Board of Developmental Disabilities and often include the services of a Service and Support Administrator (SSA).
